Randomly got a text about the loan on my house being closed when that’s not true because I just paid my mortgage and checked my loan companies website and they said my payment due to escrow is going down. They give you no info and tell you to call them. No name. No company name. No email. Nothing

Sometimes, when you're expecting a phone call from a friend or relative, it's a huge problem if these scammers call instead. Because at that moment, you're forced to answer the call. Some mobile apps claim to solve this problem, but I haven't tried them yet. Maybe they'll work.

Today, while I was feeling fine, I received another phone call. Why don't they explicitly state who they are, and why isn't something being done to combat these phone calls?

I sometimes receive these pointless calls. Apparently, there's a group of employees who don't hesitate to harass people. They need to stop these spam calls and leave people alone.
