Keep getting calls at 8pm saying they're AT&T - there's no reason for a rep to be calling that late, or multiple times in one week. Major spam call network.

Received two texts, both addressed to my husband. First one said "X, we received your mortgage application. Call me.", and the second one said "X, tried calling you call me."
We're a little over a year into living at our first house and I know for a fact that neither of us applied for a mortgage. No mention of a company name, no name of who is contacting me, etc.

Randomly got a text about the loan on my house being closed when that’s not true because I just paid my mortgage and checked my loan companies website and they said my payment due to escrow is going down. They give you no info and tell you to call them. No name. No company name. No email. Nothing

I looked into this number but haven’t been able to find anything about it so far. Does anyone know if this call is safe or not? Someone please let us know. Getting calls from unknown numbers like this every single day is really frustrating.

Sometimes, when you're expecting a phone call from a friend or relative, it's a huge problem if these scammers call instead. Because at that moment, you're forced to answer the call. Some mobile apps claim to solve this problem, but I haven't tried them yet. Maybe they'll work.
