Hi, this is Tim. I was calling about your property. If you have any interest in selling it, I would be interested in buying it. I make it super simple and there is absolutely no fees. I'm also easy to work with, so if there are any special circumstances, I'd be happy to help. My number is 317-689-1054. Again, this is Tim. Thank you

Random text including my address saying they're a real estate agent "with a local realtor" and want to know if I'm interested in moving selling my home.

Keep getting calls at 8pm saying they're AT&T - there's no reason for a rep to be calling that late, or multiple times in one week. Major spam call network.

Received two texts, both addressed to my husband. First one said "X, we received your mortgage application. Call me.", and the second one said "X, tried calling you call me." We're a little over a year into living at our first house and I know for a fact that neither of us applied for a mortgage. No mention of a company name, no name of who is contacting me, etc.
